R&RA is dedicated to fostering positive change and resilience within the community. R&RA likes to call our approach Radical Rehabilitation. Radical in the sense that we want to cut out the middle man--the courts and judges--and foster direct ties between the offenders and the communities they've harmed. At R&RA, we believe that the communities who have suffered harm are the best experts at determining what justice looks like for them.
